Lumify, Inc. (“Lumify,” “we,” or “us”) operates this website to explain our services and collect requests for introductory conversations.

Information we collect

If you contact us through this site, we receive the name, email address, company name, and message you choose to send. Inquiry forms are submitted to Zoho CRM, which stores the information as a lead so we can reply. Zoho may also load a form-analytics script used to confirm the submission. This site does not currently use advertising pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the services involved.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a workflow review, and follow up about potential work. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting engagement, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
